26th Annual Wisconsin IDPA State Championship, Presented by Vortex
GENERAL MATCH INFO
+ We are a Tier 3 IDPA Match with 10 stages, approx. 180 rounds, chrono and equipment check.
+ All classes. All divisions.
DEADLINES
+ Match refund deadline is 4/1/2026. NO refunds can be given after 4/1/2026.
+ Refunds will be in the amount of $125. This is due to credit card processing fees.
+ Division change deadline is 4/1/2026. After this date, email the Match Director for permission to change divisions.
MATCH BOOKS
+ Match books will ONLY be available electronically.
+ Match books will be released on the WEDNESDAY before the match or sooner.
+ Due to setup conditions at the range, there is no guarantee that what is shown in the match book will be the same as the physical stage.

Thursday:
MOST STAFF NOT NEEDED FOR THIS.
+ 8:00AM – Final Setup and Calibrations
+ 12:00PM – AC Stage Review+
+ Gun Giveaway Chance For STAFF
Friday:
STAFF DAY (Competitors with MD Approval)
+ 7:00AM – Check In Opens for Staff
+ 8:00AM – Range Officer Walk Through
+ 8:45AM – Match Briefing
+ 9:00AM – Match for Safety Officers and Friday Competitors
+ 3:00PM (Targeted) – Friday Competition Ends
Saturday:
MATCH DAY
+ 7:00AM – Check In Opens
+ 7:15AM – Courtesy Equipment Check in bay 5
+ 7:30AM – Safety Officer Meeting
+ 8:30AM – Competitors Report to Bays
+ 9:00AM – Competition Begins
+ 3:00PM (Targeted) – Competition Ends
+ 3:30PM (Targeted) – Awards
Burgers / Brats will be available AFTER the match included in the match fee. Water / snacks will be available in the bays.

+Staff cost is $40 which will include a T-Shirt.

+If you worked a WI State Match in the last 5 years, no need to ask in advance.
+Please note: The only reason to ask in advance is to make sure we know who is staff, at this time there is plenty need for help!
