Ripon PCSL Carbine weeknight shoot 07-21

Ripon will be hosting a weeknight carbine match using PCSL 1 gun rules and using PCSL COMPETITION, PRACTICAL, PCC, and RIMFIRE RIFLE.
No suppressors in rimfire to avoid issues with timers.
