NRA America’s Rifle Challenge (ARC) Level 1 Match is open to ALL skill levels (beginners through experienced shooters). The Compound Nevada is a welcoming, structured, safety‑driven environment for new competitors.
ARC Level 1 focuses on positional shooting AND fundamentals
This registration is for ARC Level 1.

Prior to registering for this ARC, all competitors must register for a free ARC competitor number through the NRA Competitive Shooting Portal at: https://competitor.nra.org/
Additionally, you must register for a Practiscore member number which can be obtained from Practiscore – practiscore.com

Minimal gear required for ALL registrants are the following:
• A rifle or PCC that meets the requirements of the division they are competing in
• An Empty Chamber Indicator (ECI)
• Sling
• Two Magazines
• 200 Rounds of Ammunition
• Hearing and Eye protection
• Weather appropriate clothing and footwear (NO open-toed shoes)
• Optional: Shooting mat and cart/wagon

Registrants should also bring the following:
• Hydration and snacks
• Sunscreen/lip balm
• Great attitude and really good footwear
• Safe firearms handling and marksmanship skills
• A rifle or PCC that has been properly zeroed at a maximum distance of 100 yards

Squadding:
Your squad number will be your group.
Your group will shoot together.
Your squads shall remain together throughout the day
Registrants that wish to shoot together should select an open squad and regsister your group into that squad as quickly as possible.
Range Brief: 8 am
Completion: 3:00ish pm

NRA ARC events are run as “COLD RANGES”.
ALL firearms MUST arrive cased and unloaded.
Firearms may only be handled or manipulated within the designated “SAFE AREA”, which will be pointed out to you upon check-in. DO NOT handle or manipulate them within the designated parking areas.
NO ammunition shall be allowed in the SAFE AREA.
All rifles and PPCs shall be checked, made clear and safe with an ECI installed into the chamber of the firearm.
Only then may the firearm be slung, hung or placed in a case on your cart prior to departing the SAFE AREA enroute to your bay.
At the end of the day, at your final stage, the RSO WILL clear your firearm on the line in order to safely case your rifle prior to departure from the range.

Refund Policy:
30+ Days Prior to the Event
Registrants may receive a full refund, minus applicable processing fees.
16–30 Days Prior to the Event
Registrants may receive a 50% refund, minus applicable processing fees.
15 Days or Fewer Before the Event
NO refunds will be issued.
