GHH Action Pistol Practice – Level 1 – Fundamentals

GHH Action Pistol – Level 1 Practice is designed for newer shooters who have not yet shot a match, or shooters looking to brush up on basic fundamental gun handling skills and drills. Most courses of fire will be stand and deliver style drills, with 1 small stage including movement at the end of practice. This practice is designed at a “D/C-class” level of proficiency (and below) shooter.
Required Equipment:
– Competition style OWB retention holster (non-retention holsters are not allowed)
– Magazine pouch/holder on belt
– 3-4 magazines
– Plan on approximately 100 rds of ammo
– safety eyewear
– hearing protection
All Competitors are expected to demonstrate safe weapons handling at all times.
Competitor check-in will begin at 5:30 pm at the 100 yd. range. A safety briefing will be at 5:50 pm and shooting starts at 6:00 pm.
