DESCRIPTION:In celebration of our country’s 250th Birthday we will ring it in with a massive falling steel stage the morning of July 4th. It will be epic!\nLocation:\n20500 Forest Woods Lane\nMontgomery\, TX 77356\nThe schedule is as follows.\n0900 22 and 9mm show up\n1100 shotgun show up\nOr show up when your free.\nEnd time is 1200.\n$15 per division or team run. Sign up in multiple divisions!\nHad to increase the cost a little for the amount of paint this is taking;)\nOne giant red\, white and blue stage. 115 plus targets with all my Texas Stars. All steel must be shot from appropriate color box to score. Shotgun and Shotgun teams will shoot last and color does not apply. Bring a few Slugs for shotgun.\nRESETTING IS REQUIRED  \nNOT PLANNING ON LOANER GUNS.\nThree colored shooting boxes. Must shoot targets from appropriate  color box. All shooting boxes will be behind a 6 foot table. You may stage guns and mags on the table. There will be dump buckets for pistols and rifles. Bring however many guns and mags you will need for 115+ targets. After we finish building the stage the target number may increase. All pistol calibers 22LR and shotgun are welcome. If you do not have enough mags and guns\, bring a friend! We will have a team division. Shotgun and Shotgun team will shoot after all other division as they will clear the paint off the steel and will not be held to color as targets will overlap. DESCRIPTION:This is our monthly steel match at RRPC\, open to the general public.\nThe match fee is $10\, payable in cash or check (made out to “Cash”) on the day of the match.  Exact change is greatly appreciated.  Match staff shoots for free.\nThe match comprises three stages and features approximately 90 reactive steel targets.\nThe match is held on the lower ranges.  Shooters check in at the Pistol Range Firing Line starting at 8:00 AM.  Shooters briefing is at 8:30 AM\, and shooting starts immediately after the briefing ends.\nEar and eye protection is mandatory for all\, including spectators.\nThis match is run as a Cold Range\, meaning no one has a loaded gun until they are at a shooting position and commanded to load by their safety officer.\nIDPA/USPSA safety rules and commands govern this match.\nCompetition divisions for this event are:\nCFPI – Center-Fire Pistols with iron(open) sights\nCFPO – Center-Fire Pistols with optics\nPCC – Center-Fire Pistol Caliber Carbines or braced pistols\nAmmo must be common pistol cartridges\, no magnums please. No steel core ammo allowed.  Bring plenty of ammo!\nScoring is elapsed time plus 5 seconds for any target not knocked over or down.  Lowest score wins.\nNormal starting position is with a holstered pistol or PCC at the low ready\, with all safeties engaged.  Pistol shooters without a holster or uncomfortable drawing from a holster may start from the low ready position but receive a 3 second penalty.\nPistol shooters without holsters and PCC shooters must keep their firearms cased until it is their turn to shoot.

DESCRIPTION:BRRC is happy to announce the July 2026 Precision Rifle Match.\nOur Precision Rifle matches will consist 6-7 stages with targets up to 1016 yards. The round count will be around 75. Stages will simulate field conditions and appropriate for all skill levels.\nEquipment:  Rifle equipped with an optic that will allow you to locate and engage targets\, and other shooting gear you like to use. Rangefinders\, spotting scopes\, binoculars\, shooting rests are all acceptable.\nAmmunition limitation:  30 caliber maximum.  Maximum muzzle velocity of 3500 FPS. No steel core ammunition will be allowed.\nFees have now changed to $30 for Club Members and $40.00 for non-members. Registration opens on Feb 23rd\, 2026 at 6pm.\nWe will have all 8 SCSA stages.\nCompetitors may choose from available slots on either Friday\, Saturday or Sunday.  Wednesday and Thursday slots are for staff & sponsor shooters only.\nMatch Fee:\nAdult: $90 for First Gun\, $60 for each gun after the first\, up to as many as you can shoot.\nJunior: $60 for the First Gun\, $40 for each gun after the first\, up to as many as you can shoot.\nPlease be sure to select “Junior” in the category listing\, otherwise you will be charged the full fee.  If you select junior shooter\, but receive a full price invoice\, please email before paying so we can correct the issue.\nYou may register as many guns as you can shoot. You MUST COMPLETE A NEW REGISTRATION ENTRY FOR EACH GUN you shoot. You may shoot up to 2 guns on a single squad. You must squad yourself twice on the same squad. The method this year has been refined to help “spread the wealth” and offer more random payments Here are the highlights:\nDivisions of 1-4 competitors do not qualify for a payout.\nDivision of 5-9 competitors qualify for a first place payout of $40.00 only.\nDivisions of 10-15 competitors qualify for first\, second\, and third place payouts.\nDivisions of 16+ competitors qualify for first\, second\, third\, and two modified Lewis system payouts.\nAll first place minimums are $40.00.\nAll second place minimums are $35.00.\nAll third place minimums are $25.00.\nModified Lewis system pays-out are fixed at $20 at the top of the middle third of competitors and the top of the lower third of competitors.\nPrize money as a pool of each division is relative in size to the division size for first\, second\, and third place payouts.\nRounding factors apply up or down based on the nearest ten except where minimums have been specified.\nPerformance awards will be given based on placement.\nPioneer Sportsmen has a policy that shooters on their bays must keep their muzzles below the berms at all times while shooting including when reloading (revolvers excluded when reloading). This applies to all shooting on the range including during sanctioned matches. Members\, including those who are match officials\, are required to warn shooters of infractions and have the authority to ban shooters from the range after three infractions. This could result in a flight DNF and inability to continue shooting later in the match. USPSA/SCSA supports Pioneer’s right to enforce this policy. Please respect our policy and avoid infractions.\nBy attending or participating in any event at Pioneer Sportsmen\, Inc.\, I acknowledge and agree to the following regarding media release and consent:\n1. DESCRIPTION:KFGC Action Pistol Practice is an opportunity for shooters to practice their shooting skills\, test new equipment\, and have a good time. It is an excellent opportunity for shooters new to action shooting to give it a try before entering a match. This event intends to provide practice time for experienced competitive shooters by providing a variety of drills that build skills and speed. It also offers first-time competitors a stress-free\, friendly environment where they can learn about competitive shooting through practical application. New shooters will be “coached\,” by more experienced competition shooters.\nCompetitors must bring safety eyewear\, hearing protection\, a suitable firearm\, a sturdy belt\, a belt-mounted holster they feel comfortable drawing from\, enough magazines to carry 30 rounds\, and 100 rounds of ammunition. It’s recommended that competitors bring magazine pouches but you’re also welcome to put spare magazines in your pockets if you don’t have magazine pouches. All Competitors are expected to demonstrate safe weapons handling at all times. Competitor check-in will begin at 4:30 pm at KFGC pit 4. A safety briefing will be at 4:50 pm and shooting starts at 5:00 pm.\nAll firearms shall be unloaded and cased upon entering KFGC. Once inside pit 4\, check in with Nola or Rich\, and if you are new to the practice\, the Range Officers will walk you through the process of gearing up with your firearm. This event will be a “COLD RANGE”. Do NOT gear up in any location other than on the range under the supervision of the staff.
