DESCRIPTION:This will be a Ladies Only event. Cost is $20 which you pay when you get to the range. This match is designed to introduce lady shooters to the fun and practicality of our defensive pistol matches.\nThe following information should answer most questions but please do not hesitate to contact us with any additional questions or clarifications.\nA)	This is YOUR event\, take advantage of the opportunity.\nB)	This is event is open to Ladies Only.\nC)	Sign in and set up will begin at 5pm with first shots typically at 5:30pm. We are packed up and out the door at 8pm.\nD)	The cost for the event will be $20 per shooter. This includes your range time. The only additional cost is your ammunition.\nE)	75 rounds of ammunition will be sufficient.\nF)	We know traffic can be a challenge so if you are running late just relax\, we will work you in when you get here.\nG)	You may shoot any type of pistol you own. This event is specifically designed to INTRODUCE you to the sport. You do not need to purchase additional equipment beforehand.\nH)	Drawing from the holster is certainly allowed but it is not required.\nI)	All guns should be in a gun case or gun bag and DO NOT come out of the bag except under direction of a Safety Officer. (If you have shot a GADPA match before please follow our normal rules for gun handling)\nJ)	If you have spare magazines for your pistol please bring them.\nK)	Please wear a hat with a brim or a visor.\nPlease watch our safety video and brief rules discussion by clicking the link below. The first 6 minutes discusses our safety rules and procedures. Unpaid competitors will be removed after 24 hours and the next competitor from the waitlist will be approved.***\nThe intent of this event is to provide first time competitors with a stress free\, friendly environment. Where they can learn about competitive shooting through practical application. Shooters will be “coached\,” by the competition staff on rules\, walk throughs and general stage execution.\nCompetitors must bring a suitable firearm\, belt mounted holster they feel comfortable drawing from\, enough magazines to carry 30 rounds\, and 100 rounds of ammunition. It’s recommended that competitors bring magazine pouches but you’re also welcome to put spare magazines in your pockets if you don’t have magazine pouches. No pocket\, ankle\, or small of the back\, fanny pack\, or off-body holsters. IF you registered for the new competitor 2-gun match\, please also bring a serviceable semi-automatic rifle with a minimum of two magazines. Please ensure said rifle is brought into the facility in a case or bag and remains in the bag until we enter the range. Chamber flags are encouraged but not required.\nAll Competitors are expected to demonstrate safe weapons handling at all time. To include drawing from the holster\, safely loading/ unloading firearms\, shooting while moving etc. Failure to do so will result in removal from the match at the discretion of the staff.\nCompetitor check in will begin at 5:30pm at the SEC range counter\, safety brief location will be announced there and will start at 6:00pm.\nAll competitors and visitors entering the SEC ranges must complete an electronic waiver annually. Waivers can be completed at the SEC range desk.\nAll firearms shall be unloaded and cased upon entering the facility.
