It is up to the shooter to accurately select the correct division.\n– Production Division – shooters competing with rifle and optics below the $1820 USD MSRP (as listed on the company’s website).\no You may not replace your original barrel unless replacing it with an original barrel with the same specifications.\no You may bed your rifle’s action\no You may tune your current trigger but are not allowed to use an aftermarket/replacement trigger.\n– Semi-auto – any and all .22 lr semi-automatic rifles\, regardless of price\, will compete in the semi-auto division.\n– Airgun – any and all .22 calibre air rifles\, regardless of price\, will compete in the Airgun division.\no Pellets and slugs must be mass produced and cannot exceed 49 grains.\no For safety reasons\, tethered air tanks are not allowed.\n– Stealth – The stealth division is for competitors who desire to compete but require an altered string or course of fire. SUMMARY:Littlestown Open Steel 18 April
DESCRIPTION:This is the Littlestown Open Steel match for Saturday\, 18 April 2026\nWe usually have 3 stages of 6 to 12 targets\, including one “different” stage. For shooters who want “more shooting” we will be running up to 5 strings per stage\, if you don’t have (or want to use up) that much ammo you can elect to only shoot 3 strings\, or skip a stage entirely to save ammo for another stage. Strictly shooter’s choice\, just let the Range Officers know what you want to do. Practicing “ammo management” should keep the round count in the 100-120 range\, plus however many times you plan to miss. We also try to be “revolver friendly” setting up the stages with a sub-group of 5 or 6 targets if you want to try using a revolver or 1911 without reloading. We usually have room for walk-in registrants\, so if you know someone who is not on Practiscore who wants to shoot\, tell them to come on out.\nIn recognition of the ammunition situation\, we are opening up all squads to rim fire in addition to center fire. Bring out your .22 handguns & carbines and join the .380 to .45 fun!\nThe fee for this match is $10 cash paid at sign in. Sign in starts at 8:00 AM\, if you want to show up a little earlier we always appreciate help setting up the targets. There will be a safety briefing at 8:50\, and we start shooting at 9:00.\nOne operational note: when you start shooting a stage\, you must have enough ammunition on your person loaded in magazines (or some type of loading device if you are shooting a revolver) to complete the stage. Once you enter the shooter’s box\, there will be no loading of magazines allowed; if you run all of your magazines dry that will end your stage. We strongly recommend having at least 50 rounds loaded and ready. A magazine reloading area will be provided at each stage\, and you can reload magazines at any time while others are shooting. Please also note that\, in the interest of time\, this will be a “lost brass” event: it would complicate things too much to allow retrieval of spent brass. More details will be provided at Saturday morning’s briefing.\nOnce again\, welcome to Littlestown Open Steel!

SUMMARY:LCSA Steel Challenge 04-18-2026
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Lawrence County Sportsmen’s Association (LCSA) Level I Steel Challenge Monthly Match!\nReady for some steel-shooting excitement? Join us for a fast-paced day at LCSA with 6 classifier stages set up to test your skills ! Here’s everything you need to know:\n******************************************\nMatch Schedule:\n9:00 AM Match\nRegistration: Opens at 8:00 AM and closes at 8:30 AM at the indoor range.\nMandatory Shooters Meeting: 8:45 AM.\nHammer Down: Match begins promptly at 9:00 AM.\n******************************************\nFees:\n$20 for the first gun.\n$10 for each additional gun.\n$5 for all junior shooters per gun.\nPlanning to shoot in more than one division? Be sure to create a separate entry for each gun.\nWalk-ons are welcome IF open slots are available\, however Practiscore pre-registration and squad selection is appreciated and preferred.\n******************************************\nWhat to Bring:\nA minimum of 250 rounds per gun/division. (We recommend extra to cover misses.)\n5 magazines per gun\, especially if using low-capacity mags (e.g.\, 10-round).\nEye and hearing protection for all shooters and spectators.\n******************************************\nMatch Location:\nWe will be shooting in the upper pistol bays next to the indoor pistol range. Follow the entry road through the gates go past the main clubhouse which will be the first building on the left\, drive past the main clubhouse and past 2 maintenance buildings until you arrive at the next building which is the indoor pistol range.\n******************************************\nCOLD RANGE Rule – Safety First!\nAll firearms must remain UNLOADED unless you’re on the firing line under an Range Officers supervision.\nKeep firearms secured in a holster\, bag\, or cart.\nFor rimfire rifles and PCC\, ensure the bolt is closed on a chamber flag.\nSafe Area: Located by Bay 1 & 5 and the indoor range. You can handle unloaded guns here\, but no ammunition is allowed in this area.\nImportant: If you’re unfamiliar with the COLD RANGE rule\, leave your firearms in your vehicle and check in at registration.\nWe’re here to help!\nIf an individual is thought to be in violation of the COLD RANGE rule\, a match official will escort the individual to a safe area and direct the individual to unload and show clear. If the firearm is found to be loaded\, the individual will be disqualified from the match and asked to leave the range.\nPlease leave your concealed carry gun in your vehicle. If you are a law enforcement officer\, duly authorized to carry a loaded firearm\, we ask that you proceed immediately to the registration table and ask for a match official for the express purpose of safely unloading the firearm to avoid disqualification.\n******************************************\nNew shooters\nPlease arrive no later than registration opening time for the match and let us know at the registration table if you’re a new shooter. This will allow us to have a new shooter meeting without delaying the start of the match.\nConsider bringing more than 250 rounds for each gun/division per match. It typically takes 150 rounds per gun with no misses to complete 6 stages. All stages consist of 5 strings of fire on 5 targets. If shooting with a low-capacity magazine (example 10 rounds)\, it is important to have at least 5 magazines per gun to help avoid match delays caused by having to reload magazines while in the shooter’s box.\n******************************************\nNew Shooters Checklist:\nArrive when registration opens (9:00 AM).\nBring extra ammo (more than 150 rounds recommended).\nPay special attention to the COLD RANGE rules.\nFamiliarize yourself with Steel Challenge rules: scsa.org/rules.\nConsider joining USPSA: uspsa.org/join.\n******************************************\nCopy and Paste Links below into your browser.\nLCSA: https://www.shootlcsa.com\nSteel Challenge rules: https://scsa.org/rules\nUSPSA membership: https://uspsa.org/join\nStage Layout: https://imgur.com/a/ArDxrfG\n******************************************\nMatch Location:\nLawrence County Sportsmen’s Association (LCSA)\n3380 North Mill Street\nWampum\, PA 16157\nMap: https://goo.gl/maps/5g3P7jXxH1Jyrdtw8\nIf you have any questions or concerns\, please email us at: lcsasteelchallenge@gmail.com\nWe look forward to seeing you on the range!\nPlease feel free to contact us with any questions.\nThank you\,\nMark\n724-312-1796\nlcsasteelchallenge@gmail.com\nUSPSA/SCSA level I match\, with the following divisions:\nLimited\, Limited Optic\, Open\, Revolver\, Single Stack\, Production\, Carry Optic\, PCCO\, PCCI\, and Rimfire\nPrice: $20 – Adult Shooters\, $10 – 2nd gun\, $5 – Junior Shooters

SUMMARY:Panhandle Gun Club NRL22 April 2026 COF
DESCRIPTION:This match has moved to Impact Scoring for registration and scoring. You can register for the match at the following link:\nhttps://link.impactscoring.net/goto/match/view?id=8244\nAlternatively\, you can still sign up here and I will manually transfer your registration to Impact.\nGate and Registration opens: 8:00 am\nZero range opens: 8:05am – 8:45 am\nMatch brief: 8:45 am\nMatch begins: 9:00 am\nThis range is in the Central Time Zone\nWe will have 8 stages\, 5 NRL22 stages and 3 bonus with targets ranging from 25-200 yards. For the NRL22 stages\, we will typically use option 1.\nThe NRL22 course of fire can be found on the following website. The course of fire is typically published about a week before the beginning of each month.\nhttps://nrl22.com/product-category/downloads/\n.22 Long Rifle ONLY. No 22 mags\, No WMR\, No .17’s etc. (Air rifles are accepted according to NRL22 air rifle rules)\nRounds Required: 85 rounds + extra for zero & practice\nDivisions:\nOpen: Anyone who doesn’t qualify under the other divisions\nBase: Budget equipment\, limited modifications allowed. Rifle MSRP + Scope MSRP must be less than $1650\nSemi-Auto:\nLadies:\nOld Guns: 60 years old and older by April 30\, 2026\nYoung Guns: 17 years old and younger on May 1\, 2025\nAir Rifle: See NRL22 rules for projectile and tank requirements\nAdaptive: Competitors with special needs/limitations limiting their ability to participate in the match as written.\nSee https://nrl22.com for complete rules.\n++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++\nMATCH FEES:\n$20 – Adults\n$10 – Young Guns\n++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++\nWhat to bring:\nThe minimum of a .22LR rifle w/scope is key. People have shot with open sights and it is allowed but this sport was designed for precision and accuracy so it is very difficult to shoot NRL22 without a scope. A bipod is very beneficial but not required. A shooting bag is very beneficial as well but the NRL22 community is very welcoming and supportive so there will be plenty of bags that can be borrowed if needed. We just want people being safe\, shooting\, and enjoying themselves.\nThis is an outdoor range and we will shoot rain or shine\, so bring clothing appropriate for the weather. The shooting line is covered\, so expect partial protection from the sun and rain. The match will go until about 1:00 in the afternoon\, so bring plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. Snacks are also a good idea.\nWe have a bathroom with running water on site.\nHigh clearance or 4WD/AWD vehicles are recommended. Access to the range is via an unimproved road that often has deep ruts and soft sand.\nIf you have any questions\, reach out to David Swedberg the Match Director at: nrl22.panhandle496@passinbox.com
