DESCRIPTION:Spring/Summer Matches (April-September) – Second Monday of the month.\nFall/Winter Matches (October-March) – Second Saturday of the month.\n•       Rifles arrive unloaded and cased.\n•       No rifles are to be placed on the firing line until all of the match targets have been placed and the flashing “Cold Range” lights have been turned off.\n•	At 5:30 PM the order will be given to place rifles on the firing line\n•	Rifles will be placed in the designated area next to your squads shooting lane\n•	Rifles are to be taken out of the case pointed down range with the bolt open and supported by the front rest\n•	Rifle setup\, dry fire and target acquisition may be done between 5:30 PM and just before 6:00 PM when the match starts. One shooter at a time on their designated lane\nMATCH DESCRITION\nMatch requires 24 rounds for score plus extra rounds for first string sighters and tie\nbreakers. Any centerfire rifle up to 30 cal. . This is a single round load event.\nRounds fed from magazines are not allowed.\nThe match is designed as a prone match utilizing Bipod or bag for front rest. No rear\nbags are allowed. Shooters that are not able\, or have difficulties shooting prone\, may\nshoot from a bench following the same support rules.\nShooters will advance into classes based on match scores. All shooters start in\nmarksman class. Shooters advance to Expert class with a score of 18 or higher in\nMarksman class. Shooters will advance to Master Class with a score of 21 or higher in\nExpert class.\nTargets will be as follows:\nMarksman Class will have 1.5 MOA targets at 220\, 340\, 430\, 520 yards.\nExpert class will shoot the same 1.5 MOA targets and distances except will shoot a sub-\nMOA target at 340 yards. Master Class will shoot the same 1.5 MOA targets and\ndistances except a sub-MOA target at 340 and 520 yards.\nPlacement is based on overall score. Tie breakers will be shot at 520 yards.\nShooters will shoot a total of six strings. Shooters will have five minutes for the first\nstring with unlimited sighters but will need to shoot four rounds for score within the five\nminutes. Shooters will have approximately 1 minute between strings. All following\nstrings\, shooters will have two minutes\, with no more sighters. Shooters will rotate\nbetween pairs of strings.\nShooters will be grouped into squads up to five shooters per squad. All squads will\nshoot at the same time and at their designated lane of targets. Each squad is\nresponsible for spotting and score keeping for their squad mates. Hits will be scored on\nthe score card with an X and O for a miss. \nSign in starts as 5:00 PM\, Match will start at 6:00 PM following a mandatory safety briefing. DESCRIPTION:Sharpshooters Indoor Range IDPA Match (Cold Range\, please make sure all firearms are empty before arriving in the store).\nOur matches are held twice a month\, (2nd and 4th Mondays). It usually consists of 3 stages depending on crowd size. Check-in is 5:30-6:15. Shooters meeting at 6:15\, Bullets downrange by 6:30 or after the match brief.\nCost: $15.75\nPCCs will be allowed this match but must have a chamber flag and be in a case.\nSign up on Practiscore.com by searching for “Sharpshooters” for the latest match opening. There will be 2 squads to sign up on\, but you may be moved to balance them out before the match starts.\nAs a new shooter\, you don’t have to be an IDPA member to shoot a match\, but after 3 matches\, you will need to join IDPA to continue to participate. Click here to join: https://www.idpa.com/membership/.\nThe minimum equipment is eye and ear protection\, an IDPA-compliant firearm\, a secure holster\, mag pouch(s)\, and an outer garment that will cover them with your arms outstretched. This match is especially good for permanently disabled persons\, as it is on a smooth-level concrete floor\, and other accommodations are made for you. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to our weekly IDPA indoor action PISTOL match. HANDGUNs only. Please arrive at the range and immediately check-in at the Bulls Eye Marksman front counter (TELL THEM IDPA)  then meet through the classroom and into the range. They usually hand over the range to me around 5:45pm when we sweep the floor and setup the first stage. Please be there no later than 6:15 to hear mandatory briefing. First shots no later than 6:30pm. We finish about 9pm. This is a volunteer sport and we would love all the help we can get with setup and other tasks.\nWe hope to give all new shooters an orientation briefing at no later than 6pm. If you have participated in USPSA or other action pistol competitions please let us know. We allow some minor equipment violations at your first match but expect you to comply with gun and gear rules at future matches. The FREE first match special we offered in 2024 is no longer valid.\nYou must be able to obey and understand range commands. You cannot draw or handle your gun outside of the holster at any time before safety officers issue you direct range commands to do so. You absolutely must have safe gun handling skills and a strong tendency to control your muzzle direction and trigger finger at all times. Any safety violations will result into more shooting for the night or mandatory training in some cases.\nWe currently do not allow the Sig Sauer P320 and variants of this pistol in IDPA per new policies handed down by IDPA headquarters.\nThe safe area for unpacking and gearing up gear is at 25 yards downrange facing the back-stop with toes touching the trench. This is where you can practice your draw and adjust your gear but you CANNOT handle ammo or magazines without being disqualified. Bring 100 rounds but we usually consume 60-70. Please wear a concealment garment and IDPA legal equipment as described in the rules and equipment documents located online at IDPA.com/rules.
