DESCRIPTION:5 stages of Action Steel\nSummer Schedule —  5 action steel stages for July\, August and September.\nPMRPC members: $15\nNon-members: $20\nActive Duty LEO/Military:  $10\nJunior (Under 18): Free\nCost of match is $20\, with discounts provided for Port Malabar Rifle and Pistol Club (PMRPC) Members\, Active-Duty Police/Military\, and Juniors under 18. All must show ID at sign-in.  Payment of the match fee is required at registration.  Reminder:  You can only take one discount.\nREFUNDS: Refunds will be provided less $5 credit card processing fee. No refunds if you cancel less than 24 hours before match start time.  No match day registration.\nCircular plates require 1 hit for score\, rectangular and square plates 2 hits.  Last shot bonus (yellow) plate hit is 3 seconds from your time for round plate\, 6 seconds for 2-shot rectangle plates. Missed plates incur a 3 second penalty.  Your score is your time for the stage.  Shot count for most stages is 30 or less.  The bonus is something that can reward good shooters without penalizing any shooters.  Verify your score after you shoot\, grossly inaccurate scores will result in a DNF for that stage.\nWe also want to remind shooters that we only allow ONE GUN per shooter.\nAlso a reminder that all center fire pistol shooters much have a holster and begin the stage with the pistol in the holstered position. For rim fire\, we do not require a holster since most action matches do not allow rim fire participation — we do for action steel so we will use the rim fire rules for Steel Challenge.\nPMRPC range rules require that muzzles of long guns be carried muzzle down (NOT UP!) and must be flagged or encased whenever carrying the gun.\nWaitlist ok — Waitlisted shooters will be notified prior to match if they are approved to shoot.\nNo check in required.  Shooter information is available at staff table in bay 6.  Shooters can go directly to their first stage.\nMandatory shooter’s briefing at 8:30\nMatch starts immediately after briefing.\nDo a roll call of your squad prior to your first shot.\nTablets and Timers stay on stage.\nKeep in mind that Port Malabar does not allow draw from appendix holster position due to club insurance.\nThe Sig Sauer P320 — including all derivative models based on the P320 platform — is not permitted on PMRPC property. It’s a mission.\nMatch proceeds are used to make a donation to a local charity that supports children in need.\nGuardian matches consist of 8-10 precision rifle stages on Saturday as an individual event and 5-6 stages on Sunday as a team event. Sunday teams are determined by the Saturday results. The field is “folded” and the first place shooter from Saturday is paired with the lowest scoring shooter from Saturday. The shooters that performed well on Saturday (typically more experienced shooters) have a great opportunity throughout Sunday to mentor and help those with less experience.\nThe emphasis is on having a relaxed match environment where shooters of all skill levels can enjoy supporting our mission. This is a good environment for newer shooters and an opportunity for experienced shooters to shoot a match that is less intense than other matches they may have on the calendar this year.\nDinner\, individual match awards\, and the donor raffle table draw is held Saturday evening. Our beneficiary will also speak about the work they do supporting children in need during dinner. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the first NRA Nerf Night\, August 15th!\nSafety brief starts at 4pm and the cost for the event is $40\nThis event is going to be for all ages.  I am building a match with 3 stages.  These stages will allow a shooter to walk through an area and take out designated targets with their own Nerf guns!  This will be ran like a USPSA event where each competitor will go 1 person at a time through the course of fire until their squad is finished.  They will receive time at finish and then tally up all the points for that stage for the targets hit.\n	There will be 3 squads of 10 competitors participating.  We will start off with a safety brief inside the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) in the North tower.  Then we will move down to the range to your assigned stage.  There will be Range Officers in Red shirts as well as Civil Air Patrol Cadets wearing their uniforms to help you find where to go.  The rotation will be from left to right starting on stage 1\, 2\, or 3.\n	You will only be able to collect your darts back from stage 1.  The others will not be recoverable.\n•	All darts must be approved stock foam darts with no modifications.\n•	NO battery powered Nerf authorized.\n•	Eye protection is required during the event for anyone on or near a stage\n•	As with all firearms in the building\, please ensure they are cased and unloaded when you are carrying them!\n•	There will be 4 age groups\no	5-11\, 12-14\, 15-17\, 18 and up\n•	Photography will be allowed and the parents can walk through with the kids to record them as they shoot.\n•	All participants will be asked to help reset the targets after they have been scored.\n•	All age groups will be required to follow all safety rules as used in a standard firing range.\no	Keep your Nerf unloaded until you are on the firing line.\no	Never point your gun at anything you do not intend to destroy.
