SUMMARY:Windrock/ SDS ARMS Conceal Carry Match (June 2026)
DESCRIPTION:NEW PISTOL RULES:\n -Any properly functioning carry pistol can be used as long as it can be completely concealed.\n – If the RO deems a pistol unsafe the shooter will be DQd. Example: triggers that are so light it bump fires. \nNEW EQUIPMENT RULES:\n -Holsters must be tight to the body. The holster can be IWB or OWB. But remember the holster must be completely covered.\n – No shoulder holster\, pocket holster\, drop leg holster\, or race gun holsters allowed. The holster needs to be made of a rigid material and not a collapsible material.\n -Double belts are not allowed.\n -Fishing vests are not allowed.\nIn short\, we want you using what you would normally wear when going out on the town.\n -Only 2 magazines total are allowed on the shooter.\n -Each magazine will be loaded with 6 rounds max.\nGENERAL RULES:\n -If a stage starts with an “unloaded gun”\nThe slide must be forward or revolver cylinder closed.\n -If a shooter is required to shoot from a specific area he/she must shoot from that position. Disregarding this will result in a 3 second procedural penalty and a failure to do right penalty of 10 seconds.\n -If there are fault lines\, the shooter must “slice the pie.”\n -A loaded magazine left on the ground is legal.\n -Police or active duty personnel are exempt from the concealment rules while using a duty rig.\n -On stage #1 at every CCM event\nIf the start position is outside of the door\, the gun cannot be removed from the holster until the shooter is inside the door. Failure to do so is a DQ. Safety is of highest priority at all times.

This is an outlaw style precision rifle match to challenge skills and fundamentals in hunting scenarios or PRS/NRL type matches. Shooters will be challenged with positional\, barricade\, and prone/modified prone shots. This is a points match with a timed tiebreaker stage. Round counts will be both limited and unlimited. This match is limited to .22 Long Rifle\, Long\, or Short only; no magnum or 17HMR calibers. .22 caliber air rifles are allowed in their own division provided they do not push projectiles with more energy on target than a .22lr (this is to protect the steel). Youth under 18 years old on match day shoot free with a paying adult. We try to incorporate choices of positions available to the shooter to accommodate physical restriction (example being prone off the ground or modified prone off a bench\, pick one). This is a beginner friendly match! Target sizes are generous\, stages are designed around challenging different skills. We want you to hit targets\, have fun and come back.\nBonus: 50 Yard Benchrest competition before the match. To kick off the match\, during the zeroing time we will have a 50yd benchrest competition on official USBR targets consisting of (3) confirmation/zero check targets and (25) shots for score. Everyone entering the PRS match will receive one target for signing up. Additional targets available for $5 each\, also available for walk on shooters just wanting to participate in benchrest. Trophy to the top Benchrest shooter. This will go from 0800-0830. May be shot from a bench or prone\, no gun or gear restrictions. All rimfire including .17hmr\, and .22 Magnum and air rifles allowed for benchrest.\nStages: This will consist of 6-8 stages involving positional\, prone and shooting off a barricade. Stages will range from 25-200yds.\nAmmo: This match is 75-85 rounds for a perfect course of fire. It is recommended to bring 100 rounds for misses\, malfunctions and zeroing if needed. Shooters should have magazine solutions to fire up to (8-12) rounds per stage.\nGear: Stages are designed to be shot with a single bag or bipod and rear bag. Tripods are not required for shooting but are allowed\, a tripod will be available for use if needed. shooting bag is recommended but not required\, bags will be available to use if needed.\nDivisions: This match will be broken down into divisions:\n	Open Division: Follows NRL22 ruleset for Open Division\n	Factory Division: Follows NRL22 Ruleset for Factory Division\n	Youth Division: This is for shooters under 18 years of age on the day of the match. Youth shooters must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while on the range and must be present on each stage to help the Range Officer (RO) with safety and conduct of each stage. The parent/guardian is responsible for the conduct and safety of the youth shooter and the firearm while on the range. This is to encourage youth into precision rifle competitions in a safe environment. Youth shoot $free with a paying adult into the PRS match.\n	Air Rifle Division: Any air rifle\, no restrictions except energy on target to protect the steel. It needs to shoot about the same as a .22lr (around 40gr projectile at 1070fps avg)\nCost:\nMatch fee is $20. Registration and squading will be open before the match. Zeroing line and Benchrest competition open at 8:00am. Safety Brief and match walk through at 8:45am. Match starts at 9:00 am. All firing will be complete by 4:00pm.\nRange Info:\nThe range is a cold range\, chamber flags are required.\nIf it’s your first time at Sanctum 1791\, you must fill out and sign a waiver. This will take 5-10minutes to complete and must be done before firing so plan ahead.\nThe zeroing line will be available at 8:00am after registration with 50yd paper targets. The match will not stop for shooters on the zeroing line. Limited zeroing targets will be available for shooters during the match.\nALL shooters can enjoy the Tombstone at Sanctum restaurant after match completion.\nRefunds will not be issued for withdrawals made within 72 hours of the match date.

If you are a law enforcement officer\, duly authorized to carry a loaded firearm\, we ask that you proceed immediately to the registration table and ask for a match official for the express purpose of safely unloading the firearm to avoid disqualification.\n********************************\nNew shooters\nPlease arrive no later than registration opening time for the match and let us know at the registration table that you are a new shooter. This will allow us to have a new shooters meeting without delaying the start of the match.\nConsider bringing more than 250 rounds for each gun/division per match. It typically takes 200 rounds per gun with no misses to complete 8 stages. All stages consist of 5 strings of fire on 5 targets. If shooting with a low-capacity magazine (example 10 rounds)\, it is important to have at least 5 magazines per gun to help avoid match delays caused by having to reload magazines while in the shooter’s box.\n********************************\nNew Shooters Checklist:\nArrive when registration opens (8:00 AM).\nBring extra ammo (more than 250 rounds recommended).\nPay special attention to the COLD RANGE rules.\nFamiliarize yourself with Steel Challenge rules: scsa.org/rules.\nConsider joining USPSA: uspsa.org/join.\n********************************\nCopy and Paste Links below into your browser.\nSteel Challenge rules: https://scsa.org/rules\nUSPSA membership: https://uspsa.org/join\nMap: https://maps.app.goo.gl/S2ox55p7uEZg3RZB6\n********************************\nMatch Location:\nBeaver Valley Rifle & Pistol Club( BVRPC)\n505 Constitution Blvd\, Beaver Falls\, PA 15010\nBVRPC: https://www.bvrpc.org\nIf you have any questions or concerns\, please email us at: bvrpcsteelchallenge@gmail.com\nWe look forward to seeing you on the range!\nPlease feel free to contact us with any questions.\nThank you\,\nMark Bombara\n724-312-1796\nbvrpcsteelchallenge@gmail.com\nUSPSA/SCSA level I match\, with the following divisions: Limited\, Open\, Revolver\, Single Stack\, Production\, Carry Optic\, PCCO\, PCCI\, and Rimfire\n$20 – Adult Shooters\, $10 – 2nd gun\, $10 – Junior Shooters.
