SUMMARY:Flagstaff Action Shooters USPSA All Classifier Match
DESCRIPTION:We are going to have an “All Classifier” match. We will have 4-5 USPSA classifiers up. This will give newer USPSA members to get their national classification\, and will give experienced USPSA members a chance to rank up. You do not have to be a USPSA member to compete\, but you will not get a national classification if you are not a member.\nArrive thirty minutes early for check-in\, or two hours early to help with set up.\nThe match will be at Camp Savage\, and the fee will be $20 for Flagstaff Action Shooter members and $40 for non-members.\nDirections to Camp Savage: http://flagstaffactionshooters.org/location\nEye and ear protection are required\, even for spectators\, and you must be present at the safety briefing at the start of the match to participate. All shooters and observers must sign a waiver.\nWe operate under cold range rules. Do not exit your vehicle with a loaded weapon. The only time we handle firearms is at a “safe table” (without ammo)\, or at the at the firing line under the direction of a safety officer. Firearms remain unloaded until the safety officer directs the participant to “make ready.”\nNo SERPA or other trigger finger release holsters (unless permanently disabled and allowed by the match director or range master).\nPlan on a total round count of ~100-150\, many of us bring at least 200 rounds to be safe (or because we miss a lot).\nNOTE TO NEW SHOOTERS: You must have attended our Introduction to Action Shooting class. If you have not\, please email the Match Director to arrange for a briefing before the match.

SUMMARY:SPS 5 STAGE CLASSIFIER USPSA MAY 30TH
DESCRIPTION:RIMFIRE SHOOTERS ARE NOW PERMITTED!\nFolks wanting to bring their 22lr gun and shoot rimfire at a USPSA match are welcomed here as long as they follow the same safety standards as people shooting centerfire. This is intended for those who are looking to get into USPSA and don’t want to shoot centerfire\, or those who have difficulties shooting centerfire. If you can and have the ability to shoot a centerfire gun\, please shoot a centerfire gun. There will be some caveats as rimfire shooters will not be able to classify in any official USPSA divisions and any steel will also have to be repainted before a rimfire shooter shoots a stage. Stages with steel targets may also have slightly different rules for rimfire shooters. If you want to shoot rimfire\, please choose either the (Rimfire Rifle) or (Rimfire Pistol) divisions.\nThis is a USPSA match featuring 5 classifiers that will be held at the Sheridan County Sportsmen’s Association Pistol Pit Complex. Match sign-in\, match day payment\, and set-up will begin at 8:00AM\, all those wishing to help set-up are always welcomed.\nThere will be a mandatory safety briefing at 10:00AM and the match will begin\nMinimum round count for the match is 86 rounds\, PLEASE bring more than this!\nThe match will follow USPSA Rules. Shooters are responsible for being in compliance with equipment requirements mandated by the rules for the division they choose to shoot in. Current USPSA rules are here: https://uspsa.org/rules\nAs a safety precaution for all of our shooters\, registrants we are not familiar with will be contacted to verify they have appropriate familiarity with safety aspects of the match before being allowed to shoot in the match.\nMatch pre-payment is possible using the credit card payment option. It is SPS preference that shooters choose this option as it simplifies match-day administration. Credit card payment does not have to be made at time of registration but must be made by returning to your personal Practiscore match page and paying prior to match day.\nRefunds for cancellations will be given on your credit card account. Alternatively\, cancellations of paid registrations can be credited to a future SPS match pending availability of upcoming matches. Contact SPS if you need to cancel a paid registration. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU.\nMatch cost is 10$ for entry!

SUMMARY:Port Townsend Falling Plates May 30 2026
DESCRIPTION:This is a fast paced head-to-head competition of two shooters engaging sets of falling plates with the winner being the first to shoot down the overlapping popper plate.\nEach competitor goes to the line with two magazines for each pairing loaded with six rounds in each mag; this is to keep it fair for revolver shooters. Expect to shoot 200-250 rounds. The entry fee is $5 per gun\, you may enter up to two guns. Set-up and sign-up starts at 9am and shooting starts at 10am.\nThis match is for most centerfire and .22 LR pistols. If your pistol has optics or it’s a race gun go ahead and bring it. Many shooters will show up with multiple guns so a good matchup always happens. Rimfire is now allowed as we have purchased a new rimfire competition plate rack. Full power magnums are not allowed as they destroy the plates. Rifle rounds are not allowed for the same reason.\nFun is paramount in this match! Sportsmanship and handicapping yourself if you have an advantage is always encouraged. This simply means that your status as a new or inexperienced shooter or firearms with optics or race guns will be taken into consideration for each matchup. The regular competitors are inventive and can create numerous matchups variations.\nYou will have fun!\nPay at the match.\nPrice:\n$5.00

SUMMARY:Twilight MOGO Match @ Clinton House Plantation
DESCRIPTION:Twilight Moons Out Goons Out is our new summer series. This match is 2 gun and will consist of 6 bay style stages.\nShooters brief is at 5pm. White light shooters will be in squads 1-3 and night vision squads 4-6.\nThe match will consist of rifle and pistol engagements within 100 yards with most of the event located in the pistol bays. The shooters can expect a fun\, bay style match with some technical elements that allow you to test your equipment both in low-light as well as dark conditions. We will split NV and WL into groups with WL shooting 1-3 while NV shoots 3-6. After the sun sets\, the squads will then shoot the remaining 3 stages so that everyone in each division shares the same experience. Due to this format\, we can not have hybrid squads. You can plan your round count to be a max of 25 rifle / 25 pistol per stage. \nThis is a unique opportunity that allows conditions not typically used in training or competition events.

DESCRIPTION:PRICE:\n$20 – members\n$30 – non members\nNight vision and suppressors are NOT required \nNight Shoot Jamboree is an event series where people of all experience levels can come practice their skills and equipment at night. SUMMARY:SSD Short Range Match - 30 May 2026
DESCRIPTION:Hi Everyone:\nThe next Sensible Self Defense Academy Short Range Match is Saturday\, 30 May 2026\nPlease note: For this match only\, we will have a side stage where shooters can fire firearms represented in the final event of Bonny Parker and Clyde Barrow’s sordid lives ninety years ago. We will have an S&W Model 1917 revolver\, a Remington Model 8\, a Remington Model 11 shotgun\, and a full-auto Thompson sub-machine gun. The cost for the side stage will be an additional $40.00 (separate from the match) for those who wish to participate. The stage includes a cylinder of ammo for the 1917\, two rounds for the Model 8\, five rounds for the Model 11\, and one thirty-round magazine for the Thompson.\nCedar Ridge Range\, 7110 Farm to Market 1863\, Bulverde\, TX 78163\nPlease note the start time is 4:30 pm.\nCHECK-IN: 3:45 pm – 4:15 pm\nWe welcome walk in registration if you decide to attend at the last minute.\nSet up crew please arrive at 2:45 pm. Very important — No set up crew\, no match. Please send me a note if you can assist with set up.\nCASH ONLY – Cost is $30.00 for one gun; shooting a second gun or shooting the match twice is an extra $10.00.\nPlease Note: This is not an IDPA Match–Practiscore essentially forces us to use the IDPA scoring format and lists it as such.\nWe will close Check-In at 4:15. If you are running late\, that’s OK. Please call or text me and I will leave you on the match roster. As a courtesy to other shooters\, please withdraw if you cannot attend.\nEQUIPMENT: You need your pistol\, 3 magazines (minimum)\, a holster\, and magazine carrier. Revolver shooters need the equivalent for their pistols.\nYou may also shoot a Pistol Caliber Carbine (PCC) in 22 LR\, 9mm\, 10mm\, .40 S&W\, .45 ACP\, 44 Magnum\, .357 Magnum\, or 30 Carbine. These calibers ONLY–no .556\, .300 Blk Out\, etc. Please bring it in a case or cart.\nIf you wish you may shoot pistol caliber manual rifle. Manual rifles will only need to place one “zero” down hit to neutralize the target for some stages.\nAmmunition: Less than 150 rounds depending upon how you shoot the match.\nFor More Information or Questions: ericlamberson@sensibleselfdefense.com\nShort-Range Course of Fire \nThe Short Range Match uses IDPA-style scoring and follows IDPA safety principles; however\, generally no target will be greater than 15 yards away from the shooter. Most stages are based upon a real-life event that was recorded on video and adapted for a square range. Otherwise\, it is a regular course of fire\, with some stages requiring a reload. When I send out the match results I include a link to the video of the events from that match. The idea is for the shooter to solve the problem and then view the video of the actual event to understand how it happened in real-life. \nThe short-range course of fire match seeks to replicate real life scenarios where you are more likely to use carry-suitable handguns. The match’s guiding principle is to improve concealed carry skills. Ideally\, shooters will use a pistol they carry to shoot the match. All pistols may be loaded to magazine capacity; however\, the match may have some reloads on the clock or some malfunction drills. \nShooters may use any belt holster and magazine carrier/speed loader carrier suitable for carrying the pistol concealed. Shooters may reload from the pocket; however\, no drawing a pistol from the pocket\, a fanny pack\, shoulder holster\, etc. If in doubt\, please ask. \nFor More Information or Questions: \nericlamberson@sensibleselfdefense.com\n210-571-1617\nRegards\, Eric
