DESCRIPTION:NOTE that this is one of four matches on this weekend at Day Mountain Ranch. Thursday is the ELR Light Match\, Friday is the ELR Heavy Match\, Saturday & Sunday is the ELR Field Match and Monday is the Hunter Match.\nDMR’s ELR HEAVY GUN Distance Challenge Match will be an amazing opportunity to put your Long-Range shooting skills to the test. Caliber restriction up to .50 caliber and gun weight limited to 50 lbs. The match will be held at the Day Mountain Ranch\, located at 77 S. Spring Creek Rd\, Preston\, ID 83263. After meeting at the Ranch Welcome Center\, Participants will be shuttled to the lookout tower on one of the ranch ridge lines. The match will consist of six engagements on our ranch ridge line. You will have amazing views and challenging stages. Distances may go from 1\,919 yards up to 2 MILES. This is a points qualifier match for King of 2 Mile and National ELR points. This is a traditional ELR style match where shooters will engage each distant target with 5 rounds and scores will be multiplied by shot number and distances.\nWe will draw for shooting order so squadding does not matter. We are limiting the number of shooters to only 30 for this match.\nPUT YOUR SKILLS TO THE TEST!\nMatch will be held on May 22nd. Check in starts at 6:45 am with zero board availability until 7:15 am. This is a lost brass match.\nRound Count: 195\nThere are many restaurants a short driving distance from the range along with many hotel options.\nLimited dry camping is available on the range with the restriction of no open campfires due to drought conditions.\nSQUADS:\nSquads will be limited to 10 firearm divisions with a two division limit per competitor\, per squad.\nMaximum 2 firearms per competitor\, per flight.\nEach firearm division must be registered and paid for separately.\nYou may only register once in any individual firearm division for the match.\nCompetitors will be able to self-squad up to two firearms per squad on Practiscore. SUMMARY:10 Meter Indoor Airgun Match
DESCRIPTION:The Airgun League runs from January through May. The shoots are on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each of those months with events for rifle and pistol. \nAll shooting is done offhand (standing) at paper targets. The format is “shoulder to shoulder”\, without point dividers\, so some shooting experience is required. There is no coaching or spotting (by another person for the shooter) permitted during the “record” firing periods. \n\nAll shoots are held in the clubhouse and there are club guns available for those of you who don’t have their own.\nJuniors (ages 8 to 18) shoot free\, but those over 16 shoot in the adult classifications.\nCompetition is by classification (shooting against other shooters in your class) except for the high overall scores. A total of twenty (20) shots are fired for record over the course of two ten-minute record firing periods.
