SUMMARY:Homestead August 2026 Steel Challenge Match
DESCRIPTION:Thank for the registering for 8 stage Steel Challenge Match conducted by Homestead Training Center.\nSteel Challenge shooting competitions are governed by the Steel Challenge Shooting Association.\nMatch consists of eight stages\, each of which has five steel targets that range from round ten-inch plates to eighteen-inch by twenty-four-inch rectangular plates.\nEach competitor in the competition will be scored based on the length of time it takes for them to complete each of the stages. To establish the competitor’s match score\, the five stage scores will be added together.\nOne hit is required per target\, for each string. The competitor is allowed an unlimited number of rounds. The stop plate is the last target to be shot in a stage. As soon as the stop plate has been struck\, the timer will stop. Any targets that are hit after the stop plate has been hit will come with a three-second penalty per hit. For a run\, there is a maximum time limit of thirty seconds. The competitor will have to stop and reload if they reach the thirty-second-time limit.\nPLEASE MAKE SURE TO COME EARLIER – WE WILL START REGISTRATION AT 7:45am and STOP AT 8:10am SHARP! MATCH WILL START at 8:30am.\nNumber of the shooters will be limited to no more than 10 guns per squad.\nEntry fee for each gun/division – $30 payable at the match. SUMMARY:Indiana State Championship at HHRP
DESCRIPTION:It’s the return of the annual INDIANA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP! This year will be a little different. We will run the 5 NRL monthly match stages followed by 8 PRS Rimfire stages. You will get an August NRL22 score AND a separate PRS match score with no overlap in the stages. The COMBINED 13 stages will crown the Indiana State Champion!\nNRL stages will all be 120 second par times\, while the PRS stages will all be 105 seconds. NRL stages will be limited to 100 yards. PRS stages will go to 250 yards.\nTrophies: YES! We will have metal trophies for the Indiana State Champion 1st through 3rd and Top Production (because I’m running the match). To get an Indiana State Champion placement trophy\, you MUST be an Indiana resident and produce a valid Indiana ID. There will be other trophies for various other finishers and all of these other trophies will be awarded regardless of state residency. For example\, if a Kentucky shooter wins the match\, they will not be the Indiana State Champion/will not receive that trophy\, but will get a 1st Open trophy.\nLunch: Of course! Tenderloins from GnawMart will be included. Bottled water will be available at the range.\nMatch Times:\nThe Zero Range opens at 7:30. We will have paper at 50 and steel at farther ranges for dope confirmation. Match Briefing (required for all shooters) at 8:30\, with match starting immediately after. We will break around noon for lunch.\nRange Address:\nHoosier Hills Rifle and Pistol Club\n400-698 Camp Moneto Rd\nNashville\, IN 47448\nHead north on Camp Moneto Road. The range is on your left in about 1/2 mile.\nCash day of match: $40 non-members/$35 HHRP members. Preregistration via Practiscore is required. Registration will close 7/30/26 at 9PM.\nPRS Rimfire Rules apply to the PRS stages (this is a stand-alone PRS match). You do not have to be a PRS Rimfire member to shoot the match. Please note that PRS Rimfire requires all shooters to have an empty chamber indicator that inserts into the chamber (i.e.\, a mag block is not sufficient). We will have extras if you need one.\nNRL22 Rules apply to the NRL stages (this is a stand-alone NRL22 August 2026 match). You do not have to be an NRL member to shoot the match. However\, a PRS insertable empty chamber indicator is required for the entire match.

SUMMARY:NRL22 At SRR&PC 2026 August
DESCRIPTION:Range Gate open at 7:45 AM.\nRegistration and zero range will open at 08:00 am\nShooters meeting is at 8:45 am\nMATCH STARTS at 9:00 am\nWhat is NRL.22?\n• A gateway to precision long rifle competitions such as the NRL or PRS. Designed to be extremely fun for beginners and seasoned shooters alike. This is a very youth friendly competition as well!\n• This is a “Match in a can” where each months match we will be competing against competitors all over the country shooting the same COF. There are monthly prize drawings held for NRL.22 members who competed that month. (Membership not required to shoot!)\n• Targets will be steel only\, each stage will have required shooting positions (i.e 2 shots at target A then B from the first rung of a ladder\, repeat for rungs 2 and 3). Speed and accuracy are both important in this competition.\n• What is needed to compete?\n• A .22lr rifle with a detachable magazine\n• A scope that will permit you to engage targets at various distances (My preference is a scope with MIL/MOA hashmarks\, but any scope that gives you the ability to shoot various distances will work)\n• Bipod\n• Other equipment that would be nice would be a shooting bag like a gamechanger\, DOPE card\, binos\, Spotting scope\, ballistic calculator app\, etc. There is NO NEED to go buy a bunch of gear before your first match\, plenty of people will be there to lend out gear.\nThis is a COLD range- There will be zero tolerance for any muzzle flagging at this match. We will have rifle staging areas available to keep rifles in between stages. Chamber flags are required\nPricing- We will shoot the 5 monthly NRL22 stages\, and a bonus stage. Mover stage highly likely!\nMatch fee $30\nYoung Guns (under 18) Shoot Free with paid adult admission!!!\n• When is it and where do I find details? \nOur Range \n\nRegistration and zero range will open at 08:00 am\nShooters meeting is at 8:45 am\nMATCH STARTS at 9:00 am
