DESCRIPTION:Tickets go on sale at 8AM for Alpha Members (with preregistration code “alpha”) and 8PM for general public on the Sunday before a match. Registration ends at 2PM the day before the match or when capacity is reached. If match is full you can sign up for our waitlist and you’ll be contacted if someone requests a cancellation.\nOur usual indoor matches feature four to six stages\, usually including one classifier. Once in a while we will shoot an all-steel versus match or another “carnival format”/”theme” match. We start building the stages at 6:00PM (7AM for Saturday matches)\, then shoot until about 10:00PM (11AM for Saturday matches)\, followed by about 30 minute tear-down and cleanup.\nWe require all Illinois competitors to show a FOID. Steel challenge involves shooting 5 steel targets in 8 configurations several times each with the shooter’s cumulative time being their score. Time is added for misses and certain procedural infractions. \nSteel challenge may be shot with either centrefire handguns\, .22lr rimfire handguns\, .22lr rimfire rifles\, or pistol caliber carbines. No magnum calibres or steel core/steel jacketed ammo are permitted.\nWednesday night steel is run as a 4-stage match. Shooters with current USPSA membership will be able to receive a classification\, provided they complete all 4 stages\, when the classification system updates the following Wednesday.\nWhere:\nBTSA range. Bay 1-5. Shooters may drop their gear at the top but please park down the road or in the lot as parking at the top is needed for match staff. The main road gate and BTSA gates are scheduled to be opened at 5:30 pm to allow entry for non-members but may be open earlier if members are already up to at the facility.  \nWhen:\nEvery:  Wednesday from April 22 – September 16\,  2026\nSetup typically begins at 5:30pm and safety briefing at 6 pm unless otherwise stated at the top of the match description. We are typically done in about 2.5 hours. All competitors are expected to be present for setup and to remain for tear down. If you will be running late\, please send the MD an email. Start times may move a little throughout the season to accommodate sunset times. No need for weekly commitments or playing all evening. Typically\, we play 6-8 games each night.\nGame Rules & Format:\nOur Euchre Rules: See Darby Connections House Euchre Rules\nScoring: Everyone deals twice each game. Can have more then 10 points. Four points for Euchres and Reneges on Loners. Your weekly score is the sum of your top five games. Monthly score is based on your top ten games.\nWinning: Daily high-scorers win a prize. Tie-breakers favor the player with the highest hand. Must be present to win.\nGameplay: Change partners after each game. Each player deals twice. Screw the Dealer. No game starts post 8:30 pm.\nAdditional Rules:\nNo table talk regarding the current hand. Talk your heads off about everything else. THIS IS A SOCIAL EVENT!
