SUMMARY:WBBSC NRL22 Rimfire June 2026
DESCRIPTION:Registration/Zero Range Open: 9:00am – 9:45am\nMandatory Safety/Match Brief: 9:45am\nMatch Starts: 10:00am\nYou must be present for the safety brief at 9:45am to be eligible to participate. There are no exceptions to this.\nIf you are not familiar with NRL22\, it is a great (and cheaper) way to experience precision rifle shooting.\nYou don’t have to be a Member of NRL22 organization OR WBBSC to shoot the monthly matches\, but you do have to be a member of NRL22 if you want to be tracked by NRL22 and try to qualify for the NRL22 Nationals each year.\nThe monthly NRL22 Course of fire will be 5 stages (plus two additional stages). 80+ rounds of 22LR engaging steel targets from 25 to 100 yards. There is a good mix between prone\, barricade and positional stages. Steel targets sized from 1/4″ to 6″ depending on the stage description.\nFinal COF with the additional stages will be emailed out on Friday before the match.\nMatches are focused on skills development and casual competition in a relaxed atmosphere. It is a great opportunity to challenge your marksmanship skills from obstacles and barricades engaging targets as small as ¼ of an inch. Stages will have multiple steel targets ranging anywhere from 25 to 100 yards\, something you can’t shoot on most ranges. Each month is a different course of fire. There will be a great mix of new and experienced shooters who love to share knowledge with others who are interested in PRS.\n$25 for Members and Non-Members\nYoung Guns (16 and under) shoot free. YG must be accompanied by adult.\nClassifications: Open\, Base\, Ladies\, Youngs Guns and Old Guns\n.22LR rifles only (Air Rifles are accepted according to NRL22 Air Rifle Rules) (NO .22MAG or pistols)\nYou must use the same rifle for all stages.\nRequired: 22LR Rifle\, Ammo\, Chamber Flag\, Eyes/Ears\nRecommended: Scope\, bipod\, extra ammo for sight in\, dope card/ballistic calculator\, rifle bag\, appropriate clothing/footwear for the weather (Although covered\, this is an outdoor range).\nPlease Register and Pay on Practiscore.\nInformation – https://nrl22.com\nMonthly COF – https://nrl22.com/product-category/downloads/\nRules – https://drive.google.com/file/d/1r6vC29Q-yIOzly8A7-I9NxFWy5Ik92ic/view\nWe will closely follow the NRL22 rules and monthly course of fire but we just want everyone to come out and try shooting NRL22 and have fun. If you have a handicap and cannot get into some of the positions\, we will make accommodations (Adaptive Class). Just come shoot if you are interested.\nContact David at:\nwbbscrimfiredirector@gmail.com

No sling carry as this typically results in sweeping yourself.\n– If you sweep anyone\, including yourself\, even if flagged\, it is a match disqualification.\n– Handguns must be holstered and unloaded at all times when not making ready or shooting a course of fire.\n– Before and during the match LGC is considered a “Cold Range”. Handguns are to remain unloaded\, and holstered or cased\, unless under the direct supervision of a range officer or at a Safe Area. No handling loaded magazines or loose ammunition at a Safe Area. Exceptions are special stages with rifle rated steel.\n– 2Gun: there could be rifle rated steel designated by color. These will be THE ONLY steel targets that can and MUST be engaged with your rifle.\n– 2Gun: If you engage any steel that HAS NOT been designated as allowable to engage with a rifle caliber\, you will be disqualified\, regardless of the caliber you are shooting. You will be required to reimburse the club for the steel prop if the RO determines there is damage.\nPaper Targets\n– One neutral zone hit neutralizes a target\n– Two hits anywhere neutralizes a target\n– Failure to neutralize + 5 seconds to your raw time\nSteel Targets\n– One hit anywhere neutralizes a target\, does not need to fall.\n– Once a gun is grounded it STAYS grounded\, no going back to retrieve it.
