SUMMARY:AGC C&R 2 Gun Match 2026
DESCRIPTION:This annual match will feature 4 stages depending on interest\, each stage based on a historical WW1 or WW2 battle. Being on just after D-Day there will of course be a D-Day themed stage\, shooting out to 200 yards\, different props depending on the stage theme\, and more. For 2024\, we are continuing to have a “Cold War” division allowing period correct rifles up to 1985. There is also potential for a bonus squad based stage where the squad will shoot a stage together.\nC&R Manual Division:\nRifle: Any military surplus bolt action rifle\, or any lever action rifle. Bolt actions must be stripper clip or manually fed with a magazine capacity no greater than 10 rounds\, using only iron sights or period correct optics. Detachable magazines may not be used for reloads at any time. We encourage you to bring out legitimate WW1/WW2 rifles such as the Mosin Nagant\, P14/M1917\, Enfield\, Mauser\, 1903 Springfield\, K31\, Etc.\nPistol: Any revolver or pistol with iron sights only. Modern pistols (Post 1970) may only load magazines to 7 round capacity\, period correct firearms may be loaded to their full capacity using magazines or feeding systems that are period correct (Pre-1970).\nC&R Auto Division:\nRifle: Any semi-automatic rifle designed or militarily adopted prior to 1946\, with a magazine capacity no greater than 15 rounds\, using only iron sights or period correct optics. May use stripper clips\, en-bloc clips\, or detachable magazines. SUMMARY:OSA One-and-Done LR Rifle - 07 June 2026
DESCRIPTION:This event is ideal for those who want to challenge their long-range rifle shooting skills.\nThe OSA One-and-Done LR Rifle is open to qualified OSA members\, OSA affiliate members and guests. To participate\, you’ll need to be qualified and experienced in shooting the rifle you plan to bring (with proven ammo) to at least 600 meters. For example\, you may have taken the MilCun Enhanced or Advanced rifle courses\, or you may be an active competitor in M-Class. (If you are neither of these\, you may petition for equivalency by emailing lindamilcun@gmail.com.)\nA 100-meter target will be provided for zero confirmation. Then you’ll move out to longer ranges. You’ll shoot one shot at a designated target… if you hit\, you get one point and if you miss you get 0 points. Either way\, you move on to the next designated target. In some cases\, you’ll have a choice of targets for your one shot… the hardest of these targets will score bonus points. There’ll be ten targets. The second stage will be the same ten targets\, but fired in random order\, chosen by a draw.\nYou’ll need your long-range M-Class style rifle and about 50 rounds of ammo (assuming we have time to shoot the course of fire twice). You’ll need your usual range/competition equipment. You’ll need ear and eye protection. You’ll need a long-sleeved shirt\, slacks\, closed-toe shoes\, and a ballcap or brimmed hat. Also\, make sure you bring adequate food and fluid for the day\, as well as insect repellent and sunscreen.\nCheck in at the 1000 range at 0830. You may be required to show your club membership card.\nPrice is $50.00\, with discounts for OSA member and OSA affiliate members. If you’re under 18\, register as a junior.\nIf you haven’t been to an OSA event before\, email lindamilcun@gmail.com for detailed instructions. You must have shooter’s liability insurance to enter our facility; i.e.\, you must be a member of the CSSA\, CCFR\, NFA\, or similar. You must be fluent in English to participate in any OSA event.\nNote that we no longer allow photographs to be taken on MilCun property.
