DESCRIPTION:Schedule \n\nRegistration:  7:45 AM – 8:30 AM\n\nYou may pre-register and pre-pay here:  https://practiscore.com/clubs/diablo-action-pistol\n\n\nMatch:  9:00 AM – 2:00 PM\n\nMatch Fee \n\n$25  ($20 if you have a valid United Sportsmen VIP Access Card)\nWe prefer that you pre-register and pay on Practiscore\, but if registering at match please bring exact change.\n\nPrerequisites \n\nCompetitors must be “Action Pistol Certified” to take part in this match.  To become certified\, see the calendar for orientation classes.\nAll competitors need to bring or have a photo of a current USI waiver range card (“Blue or Green” card) to shoot at the range. If you do not have a current card go to https://unitedsportsmen.com/waiver/ for more information\, to watch the videos and take the online quiz prior to the class. We can issue current waiver cards at the class if you have completed the online portion.\n\nAbout Steel Challenge \nSteel Challenge is a speed shooting competition that consists of eight standardized stages with steel targets in three sizes; small circular\, large circular and square targets.  Competitors are scored by the time it takes them to complete each stage\, and the match winner is the competitor with the lowest overall time. \nOur matches have 5 stages with 5 steel targets on each.  Each competitor shoots each stage five times\, with their slowest run dropped\, excluding the stage “Outer Limits” where only four runs are shot and the top three counted.  The counting times are totaled for their stage score\, and the five stage scores are added together to establish the competitor’s match score. \nFor each run\, one hit per target is required\, with an unlimited number of rounds permitted.  The last target to be shot is known as the “stop plate”\, which stops the timer. All primary target hits made after the stop plate has been struck\, will be scored with a 3-second penalty each. The maximum time permitted for a run is 30 seconds and a competitor will be stopped and asked to reload if they reach the 30-second limit.

DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Central Florida Carbine (CFC) at Central Florida Rifle and Pistol Club (CFRPC).\nCentral Florida Carbine matches offer an opportunity to build your semi-auto rifle/carbine maneuver skills\, techniques\, speed\, and manual of arms for your platform. Our matches present 4 to 5 stages with various scenarios ranging from complex to simple. There is at least one drill stage and one medium-range stage out to 300 meters. You will encounter different shooting techniques\, including tight corners\, low angle shooting\, prone/kneeling\, VTACs\, vehicles\, and building CQB. Some matches will contain themed stages inspired by popular movies/media or real-life events.\nPlease bring no less than three 30-round magazines or equivalent ratio for your platform\, along with no less than 200 to 250 rounds of ammunition. We recommend bringing more magazines to avoid having to load them frequently. Please bring your own water and refreshments.\n7:30am sign-in opens.\n8:15am sign-in closes (all no-show spots are forfeit).\n8:30am Safety Brief\, then shooting starts.\nREMEMBER: YOU MUST STILL COME IN TO THE SIGN-IN TRAILER TO COMPLETE YOUR MATCH REGISTRATION ON THE DAY OF THE MATCH!\nPlease show your CFRPC Membership Card or Extended Release and Waiver Card at sign-in. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the monthly Quinton Mavericks Cowboy Action Match. All matches are held on the 2nd Sunday of each month. Registration for each match will go live on Practiscore the Sunday prior to the match 10:00 am. Online registration will close Saturday night before the match at 6:00 pm. Please make your squadding changes before registration closes!\nRegistration Starts: 7:45 am\nRegistration Closes: 8:30 am\nMatch Briefing: 8:45 am\nMatch Start: 9:00 am\nMatch Fees:  (PLEASE BRING PROPER CHANGE)\n$15 Adult shooters\n$8  Buckaroos\nThere will be 5 stages and 2 posses. If your plans change and you cannot attend\, PLEASE edit your registration as soon as you can by clicking the big orange button that says “Request to Withdraw” on your match registration page. This will be very helpful in making sure that registration runs smoothly.\nPlease help with setup if you’re available the Saturday before the match.  The set-up time changes and will be announced in the registration emails.  Once set-up is completed we also offer practice and coaching.
